摘要
热电偶是目前各种测温场所普遍使用的温度传感器,为使热电偶在测温过程中能够准确测量温度,要对热电偶进行检定。在检定过程中有很多因素影响检定结果的准确性,如热电偶本身的长度、外观、弯曲度、绝缘电阻以及检定操作上的插入深度、升温速率、补偿导线的引用等,对以上因素进行了整理和分析,使热电偶在检定中避免了检定结果的不准确性。
Thermocouple temperature sensor is commonly used in a variety of temperature measure-ment sites, for the thermocouple temperature measurement process can accurately measure the tempera-ture of the thermocouple to test. There are many factors that affect the accuracy of test results in the certi-fication process, such as the length of the thermocouple itself, appearance, bending, insulation resist-ance and insertion depth test operation on the heating rate, citing compensation wire, etc. Of the above factors were collation and analysis of the test results of the thermocouple to avoid inaccuracies in the test.
