摘要 建立不同结构参数的柱面气膜密封跑道数值分析模型,基于FLUENT软件计算密封的泄漏率和气膜浮升力,采用正交试验法确定柱面气膜密封性能仿真试验方案。根据多指标正交仿真试验计算结果,采用多元线性回归方法建立人字槽柱面气膜密封跑道泄漏率性能指标的目标函数;运用MATLAB软件在各结构参数限定范围内求解其极值,并得到极值对应的结构参数;将优化后的结构参数构造的数值分析模型输入FLUENT中,对计算结果进行检验,证明了优化设计的可靠性。 Numerical analysis models for cylindrical gas seal rotors with different structural factors were es-tablished;the leakage and float force of the seal was calculated by FLUENT software;the performance simu-lation experiments of cylindrical gas seal with herringbone-grooved rotor were designed by the orthogonal method. According to the computing results of the orthogonal simulation experiments, the target functions of cylindrical gas seal with herringbone-grooved rotor was established. The extremum of the target functions was obtained by the MATLAB software under the premise that the structural factors were limited in a range, and the optimum structural factors which can make the extremum were also gained. The numerical analysis model which was established by the optimum structural factors were input to the FLUENT software, and the calculated results were checked up, which verified the optimum design was credible.
