摘要
阐述了利用工厂动力设备,在非专用试验车台上,进行兆瓦级大功率工业燃气轮机动力涡轮工厂检验性试车的方法。采用空气管路连接动力涡轮进气口与排气口,构成密闭闭环回路,利用电动机驱动动力涡轮运转,涡轮叶片搅动空气使其升温,实现了热态空负荷机械运转的试验状态,达到了在额定工作转速下进行机械磨合运转试验,和在一定温度下对动力涡轮进行热态检验试验的目的。本方法对其他型号动力涡轮试车具有重要参考价值。
A rig test method was illustrated for the power turbine of the high-power industrial gas turbine of MWs order on unspecialized test rig using plant power facility. An air line was used to connect the power turbine inlet with its outlet to construct a closed circuit loop, using electric motor to drive the power turbine, with the turbine blades stirring air to heat the air. In this way, a closed circuit cycle was constructed through air-line connection and the power turbine was driven by electric motor. The power turbine was given me-chanic grounding-in test at normal operation speed and thermal test verification by heating air , making a mechanic running test of thermal state and void load. The study is of great importance of reference for the test of other types of power turbines.
