摘要
随着航空发动机推重比的提高,急需发展集轻质、高强韧、耐高温、长时间、抗烧蚀于一体的高温结构材料,如TiAl系和Ni3Al基金属间化合物、Cf/C复合材料、陶瓷、CMC-SiC复合材料等,以满足航空发动机愈加苛刻的工作环境。简要介绍了适用于高推重比航空发动机的高温结构材料的研究进展、成果、应用现状及存在问题,指出了高推重比航空发动机用高温结构材料是今后的研究目标和发展方向。
The high temperature structural materials, such as TiAl/Ni3Al based intermetallic compounds, Cf/C composites, CMC-SiC composites, are the most promising materials for the high thrust-weight ratio aero-engines due to their lower density, thermally, chemically and mechanically stability. The progress, re-search achievements, application and problems of the high temperature structural materials were intro-duced. The research tendency of the high temperature structural materials in the future was also put forward.
