由清产核资工作谈高校实验教学固定资产管理方式的提升

Through inspection of fixed assets to approach new management ideas of university fixed assets of teaching and researching equipments

结合广东工业大学2013年度清产核资工作中反映出的教学科研固定资产管理方面的问题,从当前高校行政管理运作、资金来源和管理办法出发,分析了高校在教学科研固定资产管理方面产生"重使用、轻管理"现象的原因,并提出了对策与措施。

Considering the current circumstances and the problems about ifxed assets management of teaching and researching equipments occurred during the inspection of ifxed assets in Guangdong University of Technology during the year in 2013, based on the administrative running, funding resources and their managements of today’s universities, this paper puts forward strategies and solutions to changing the status quo of overvaluing the using while overlooking the management in ifxed assets of teaching and researching equipments, which is widespread existing in universities.
