According to the training standard and the demands of knowledge ability for the practical excellent engineers, and the training program of excellent engineers used to lfuid power transmission and control is made, which with the combination of theory teaching and practice teaching project, professional ability step by step training concept as guiding ideology. The main courses that are included in each module of theory teaching course system of the training program was introduced.
