以高端订单培养提升高职学院就业质量——以北京信息职业技术学院为例

摘要 运用教育学、市场营销学、社会学、心理学等学科的理论,以北京信息职业技术学院为例,在分析毕业生就业状况的基础上,结合北京市教委立项的大学生职业发展提升项目建设阶段性成果,剖析从校园招聘到订单培养,从普通订单到高端订单的提升规律,探索高职教育发展的新模式。以整合的角度审视专业建设和就业工作的互动,提高以就业力为核心的就业质量,促进专业建设与培养目标的市场化推进。以理念引领、创新驱动、项目导向、深化合作四方面的工作为切入点和落脚点,努力做好新时期的毕业生就业工作,促进毕业生实现更高质量的就业。 In this paper, the analysis is based on the employment situation of graduates of Beijing Information Technology College, using the theory of education, marketing, sociology, psychology. Meanwhile, some supporting materials come from the project results sponsored by Beijing Municipal Education Commission to enhance the career development of college students. It focuses on improvement from campus recruitment to order training, from low-end to high-end orders, exploring a new model of higher vocational education development. Integration perspective examines the interaction of academic disciplines and employment, to improve employment quality based on employment competence, and to promote market-oriented education and training. There are some suggestions for how to optimize the personnel training, adhering to leading concepts, innovation, project sense and cooperation. All efforts are to aimed to strengthen graduate work in the new period, especially to promote higher quality of employment.
