摘要 针对S-Lay管道铺设过程中,受船体运动的影响,托管架与管道之间存在着很强的动力耦合作用,难以从数值方法上进行解耦和分析的问题,提出用混合实验方法研究托管架与管道的动力耦合作用。以某个托管架的极限铺设工况为例,实验结果表明,船体运动对托辊荷载有明显的动力缩放效应,托辊动力荷载比静力荷载增大了20%~30%;同时也验证了托管架的设计参数满足极限铺设工况要求。 During an S-Lay operation , there actually exists the strong dynamic coupling interaction in stinger pipe -laying system under the effect of vessel motion .As a result, it is very difficult to use numeric method to decouple or analyze .To solve this problem , a hybrid experimental method is proposed .Taking the extreme pipe-laying condition of a certain stinger for exam-ple, the hybrid experiment is carried out .The experimental results show that vessel motion has an obvious effect upon the dynam -ic coupling interaction of stinger pipe-laying system .The dynamic results of the roller force are about 20%to 30%larger than the static ones.At the same time, it also proves that the design parameters of this stinger are fit for its extreme laying condition .
