摘要
采用数值方法研究船用集气罩空气幕送风速度对污染物溢出、厨师热舒适性和最小设计排风量的影响。计算结果表明,空气幕送风速度过低时存在污染物外逸的现象,随着空气幕送风速度的提高,超过某一风速临界值时将不会出现污染物外溢;空气幕送风风速进一步提高将会降低厨师的热舒适性,数值计算结果据此给出了空气幕送风速度的上限值。
Numerical simulation method is used to study the influence of supply air velocity of air curtain for some hood to pollutant overflow , cook′s thermal comfort and exhaust air volume .The computational results show that for the hood studied , low supply air velocity of air curtain can lead to overflow of pollutants , when the velocity of air curtain is greater than 0.4 m/s, the overflow of pollutants disappeared .Meanwhile the influence of supply air velocity of air curtain to the cook′s thermal comfort is also discussed , and the maximum supply air velocity of air curtain is given by the simulation .
