滹沱河天然年径流变异及开发利用对河流水环境的影响

The Influence of Natural Runoff Variability and Exploitation in Huotuo River Basin on the River Environment

以黄壁庄水文站实测和还原资料为基础,分析滹沱河水资源的变异及开发利用情况,并通过代表站枯季径流及下游河道水量变化揭示河流水环境演变过程。分析表明,天然径流量衰减及水资源开发利用过度,造成河道流量减少,对河流水环境影响巨大。

Based on the actual measurement and reducing data of Huangbizhuang Station, this paper analyses the variation and exploitation of Hutuo River resources. It reveals the process of water environment evolution based on variation of dry season runoff and downstream river in the representative station. The analysis indicates that the natural flow reduction and over-exploitation of river results in decrease of river flow, which is of great significance to the river water environment.
