摘要
水资源的开发利用需要在河道上建设诸多水利工程,下游河道设计洪水受水利工程调蓄作用的影响会发生改变.文中在对滦河水利枢纽工程和洪水特性分析的基础上,通过洪水组成特性的分析比较确定了水库群下游设计洪水的推求方法.采用潘家口~滦县区间与滦县站发生同频率设计洪水、潘家口发生相应洪水的组合方式推求处理滦河下游滦县站的设计洪水.
In the development and utilization of water resources, many water conservancy projects should be built in the river basin. Affected by the flood regulation of water conservancy projects, the design flood of downstream channel changes afterward. Through the analysis of water conservancy engineering and flood characteristics of Luanhe River, the method of deriving downstream design flood for reservoir group is described based on the analysis of flood composition feature. On condition that the same frequency flood occurs in the section of Panjiakou to Luanxian and Luanxian Station, the relevant flood occurs in Panjiakou, the design flood of Luanxian Station is derived.
