摘要
针对某电厂600MW机组的干式排渣系统,运用计算流体力学的方法对其流动特性进行数值模拟研究。将排渣机钢带上的渣层近似简化处理为多孔介质,并合理简化了设备结构。模拟结果表明,数值模拟结果可以较好地反映排渣机内部的流动情况,与现场实际情况较好吻合,为排渣机的传热特性研究和改造选型提供了基础。
Based on 600 MW unit dry-type slag removal system, the author applied the method of computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation in the flow characteristics study. The slag layer on steel trip of dry-type slag removal system was approximately discharged into porous medium, and the machine structure was simplified reasonably. It shows that the numerical simulation results can reflect the internal flow of slag discharge machine, match with the actual situation, and provide the foundation for the research on heat transfer characteristics of slag discharge machine as well as its reform selection.
