本文分析了青年学生的心理特点,探讨了学生违规违纪的心理诱因,提出从对学生科学负责的精神出发,严格学生处分的程序和标准,以科学、严谨、规范的态度做好违规违纪学生处分工作。

The paper analyzes the psychological characteristics of the youth students and probes the mental inducements of students who break or violate rules and disciplines. We put forward that we should be strict in the procedures and standards of punishing those students t^om the spirit of being scientifically responsible for them, thus to do the punishment work well with scientific, rigorous and normal attitude.
