多工位电液联动控制木工跑车系统的设计

摘要 针对目前木工跑车控制系统普遍存在的人力搬运、手动控制的缺陷,本文采用电气、液压等技术重新改进设计跑车系统,通过电气控制系统和液压驱动装置,完成对木工跑车系统工作环节的多工位联动控制,使整个控制过程趋于全自动机械化流程,不仅降低了工人劳动强度,缩短了新产品更新换代周期,节省了企业生产资源,降低了企业运行成本。高度自动化的新一代跑车系统,改善了产品品质,提升了企业形象,体现了企业发展的活力与竞争力。 In view of the common defects of human handling and manual control of the present woodworking roadster control system, the essay is about how to redesign and improve the sports car system by adopting the electrical and hydraulic technologies and thereby realize multi-station linkage control to the work steps of the woodworking roadster system by using the electrical control system and the hydraulic driving device and make the whole control process almost a full-automatic mechanized flow. The successful development of this system can not only reduce workers' labor intensity and shorten new products' updating cycle but also save production resources for enterprises and reduce enterprises' operation cost. This new generation of highly automated roadster system can improve the quality of the products, improve the image of an enterprise and embody the development vitality and competitiveness of an enterprise as well.
