Focused on the relationship between environmental monitoring and environmental impact assessment, this paper introduces the content and function of environmental monitoring and environmental impact assessment, such as environmental monitoring data and the content of the environmental impact assessment. Environmental monitoring is the basis of the environmental impact assessment. The environmental supervision function of environmental monitoring exists throughout the environmental evaluation system. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the environmental monitoring standardization management, knowledge and technology, put forward the suggestions of improving environmental monitoring, standardized management measures, knowledge and technology problems.
