佛山社会工作者职业认同现状及对策研究

The Study on Professional Identity of Social Workers and Countermeasures in Foshan

社会工作者的职业认同是推进社工职业化进程的重要途径。通过对佛山五区128名社工开展的调查问卷和7名社工的个案访谈相结合的方法,佛山社工职业认同的现状及其原因清晰地阐述出来,并提出了增强佛山社工职业认同的对策和措施。期望为进一步提高佛山社工的职业认同感,增强社工队伍的稳定性,大力推进本土社工职业化进程和社会工作事业,提供一个参考依据。

Professional identity of social workers is a significant pathway in the progress of vocationalization. By conducting questionnaires from 128 samples and face -to -face interview from 7 social workers, this paper describes the current situation of professional identity of Foshan social workers and analyzes the underlying causes and reasons of such situation. Then it also puts forward countermeasures for enhancing their professional identities. It is expected that this study provides reference for improving social workers’ professional identity, stabilizing the social workers’ team and pushing forward the progress of professionalization of social workers.
