下颌下腺移植的应用解剖研究

摘要 目的研究下颌下腺的形态学资料,为自体下颌下腺去神经移植治疗重症干眼病手术提供相关解剖学数据。方法手术显微镜下解剖10例双侧经颈总动脉灌注红色乳胶的正常成人头颈部标本,观测有关形态学数据。结果下颌下腺大小为:长(3.10±0.58)cm,宽(1.82±0.20)cm,厚(1.49±0.41)cm;下颌下腺内侧前端穿出下颌下腺导管,导管长(4.6±0.5)cm,管径(3.0±0.9)mm;面动脉、舌动脉与颏下动脉等都是营养下颌下腺动脉,其最重要的血供是面动脉,面静脉是下颌下腺主要回流的血管。结论本文的观察数据对施行自体下颌下腺移植术治疗重症干眼病具有一定的参考价值。 This paper studies the morphological information of the submandibular gland, to provide anatomical data for curing severe dry eye by denervation transplantating of autologous submandibular. Dissect 10 cases of normal adult head and neck , under the operating microscope anatomy of bilateral via common carotid artery perfusion red latex specimens, and detect the morphology data. The size of submandibular gland is: length (3.10 ± 0.58 cm), width (1.82±0.20 cm), thickness (1.49±0.41 cm); The front end of the inside submandibular gland passed through the submandibular gland duct. The duct length is 4.6± 0.5cm and the diameter is 3.0 ± 0.9 mm. Surface artery, lingual artery and chin artery etc are the main nutrition artery for the submandibular gland artery. The most important blood supply of the submandibular gland artery is the facial artery, and facial vein is the main backflow of blood vessels for submandibular gland. The test data is valueable for curing severe dry eye by denervation transplantating of autologous submandibular in this paper.
