对国际物流发展趋势下供应链管理的研究

A Study on Supply Chain Management under the Development Trend of International Logistics

在国际物流飞速发展的社会背景下,企业经营环境也发生了巨大改变。市场需求层次上升和结构的多样化使得供应链管理成为了企业竞争的主体,直接关系到企业的生存和发展。目前,我国企业供应链管理难以适应物流国际化的发展趋势,这制约着我国社会经济的发展。对此,通过阐述全球经济背景下国际物流发展的现状,论述国际物流对现代供应链管理的要求,分析我国供应链管理中存在的问题,针对如何在国际物流发展趋势下构建供应链管理体系提出了战略对策。

With the rapid development of international logistics in recent years,the business environment has undergone tremendous change. The increase of market demand and diversified structure makes the supply chain management become the main body of enterprise competition,which is directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. At present,it is difficult for the supply chain manage-ment in Chinese enterprises to adapt to the trend of international situation,which restricts the economic development.By describing the sta-tus of the development of international logistics,this paper discusses the requirements of the modern supply chain management,the exist-ing problems,and the corresponding strategies of coping with the new situation.
