Crisis Communication Management of New Media Agein Ethic Colleges

从公共管理学角度和传播学角度探讨在新媒体发展下,我国民族地区高校危机传播管理存在的主要问题,提出高校的领导应该重视对高校危机的传播管理;积极落实五项职能、建立四个扁平化组织的危机传播管理小组,完善民族地区危机传播管理机制;加强对高校危机传播管理的建立,在危机传播管理渠道中阻止危机谣言的散布等。

From the perspective of public management and communication,this paper explores the main problems in crisis communi-cation management of new media age in ethic colleges,holding the view that the leaders at colleges should attach great importance to the crisis communication management;five functions should be implemented;four flat organizations needs to be founded;the management sys-tem should be improved and strengthened;the spread of rumor should be brought under control.
