摘要
新建本科院校行政管理专业实践教学体系存在实践教学开展动力不足、实践教学目标不清晰、实践教学内容不合理、实践教学组织不到位、实践教学控制不配套和实践教学保障不充分等需要克服的问题。针对这些存在问题,提出了构建融传授知识、培养能力与提高素质为一体,兼顾学术性教育与职业性教育,包括动力、目标、内容、组织、控制与保障六个子系统的实践教学体系。
In the practice teaching system building of the specialty of administrative management in newly founded undergraduate col-leges,there are problems urgently to be solved,such as lack of power to motivate the practice teaching,shortage of clear goals,unreason-able contents,absence of organization,insufficient security,etc. Constructing the knowledge imparted,cultivating abilities and improving quality as a whole,with academic education and occupation education combined together,which includes power,target,content,organi-zation,control and protection,the six subsystems,become the key to solving the existing problems.
