困境与路径:法学本科课堂教学主体模式之思考

Predicament and Path:Thinking of Subject Model in Law Undergraduate Teaching

在传统教师主体模式的指导下,法学本科课堂教学陷入教师劳而无功、学生游离于课堂之外、教学管理有失偏颇等困境。欲摆脱种种困境,寻求课堂教学新的主体模式显得非常必要。理论上学者们纠结于"教师主体"、"学生主体"、"师生双主体"三种模式选择。但通过探究法学本科课堂教学之基本特性,发现只有回归"学生主体"模式才能扭转其尴尬境地。

Under the guidance of the traditional teacher-oriented teaching mode,law undergraduate teaching falls into the predica-ments,by which teachers toil with no gain,students drift away from the classroom,and teaching management is biased. To get rid of all the difficulties,it is necessary to find a new teaching mode. Theoretically,scholars are entangled in three kinds of mode selections which are“teacher-oriented”,“student-oriented”,“both teacher and student-oriented”. But by exploring the basic characteristics of class teaching, we find only a return to the“student-oriented”mode can avoid this troubled situation.
