摘要
调研了国外运载火箭液体发动机推力调节能力,重点介绍了俄罗斯RD-180发动机和美国SSME发动机分别在宇宙神系列运载火箭和航天飞机中的应用情况,以2500 kN推力量级的液氧煤油发动机为基础级核心动力,采用模块化设计思路构建了包含四种构型的系列运载火箭,并以系列构型火箭总体性能最优为目的,开展了发动机推力调节能力对运载火箭运载能力、落区调整、减载设计等总体性能参数的影响分析工作,最后提出了我国2500 kN推力量级液氧煤油发动机的推力调节需求。
An investigation of throttle capability was conducted on foreign liquid rocket engines , in-cluding applications of RD-180 , SSME for Atlas series and space shuttle respectively .A series of launch vehicles were presented in this paper .A 2500 kN LOX-kerosene engine was used as the lift-off power and 4 types of launch vehicles were designed with modularization methods .In order to op-timize the performance of launch vehicle series , the throttle influence was studied .The influence in-cludes launch capacity , impact zone adjustment , off-load design.Finally, the demand for throttle capability of the 2500 kN LOX-kerosene engine was proposed .
