摘要
讨论了液体运载火箭低温动力系统起动前预冷的必要性和循环预冷方案的优缺点,分析了注气式循环预冷的基本原理和影响因素,建立并根据试验数据验证了基于AMESim的注气式循环预冷仿真模型。对不同工况液体运载火箭低温动力系统注气式循环预冷过程进行研究,部分工况获得了与文献试验数据较为一致的规律,并对注气式循环预冷过程伴随的增压下注入气体对贮箱气枕的影响、变过载对系统循环特性的影响和注入气体在贮箱与管路内行为特性等问题进行了分析与讨论。
The necessity of precooling before cryogenic launch vehicle propulsion system startup was introduced , and the advantages and disadvantages of circulation precooling were discussed .The mechanism of circulation precooling and the influence factors were analyzed .A new simulation mod-el of circulation precooling based on AMESim has been developed and suitably validated with experi-mental data and the gas injection circulation precooling system of cryogenic launch vehicle was ana -lyzed in detail by applying this model in several different working conditions .For some cases , good agreements were achieved between the calculated results and the experiment data published .Discus-sions on related issues of gas injection circulation precooling were presented , including the effect of injected gas to ullage gas under pressurization , the variation of load factor and the behavior charac-teristics of injected gas in tubes and tank .
