台湾地区全民健康保险制度改革的成效及经验借鉴

Achievements and Experiences of the National Health Insurance System Reform in Taiwan Region

自20世纪90年代开始,我国台湾地区推行了全民健康保险制度改革,将健康保险从原有的各项保险制度中分离出来,并通过颁布《全民健康保险法》,强制推行了全民健康保险制度,取得了很好的成效,积累了丰富的经验。大陆与台湾同根同源,台湾全民健康保险制度的改革经验值得大陆借鉴。

Since 90 s of the twentieth century, Taiwan Region of China has began implementing the reform of the national health insurance system,separating the health insurance from the original insurance system. Meanwhile, through the enactment of 'National Health Insurance Law', the area mandatory implemented the national health insurance system, which has achieved good results and accumulated rich experience. The Mainland and Taiwan hole the same origin, therefore, the reform of the national health insurance system in Taiwan could be a worthy reference for China mainland.
