城乡统筹背景下农村失地妇女就业问题探讨——基于福建省的实证研究

An Analysis of the Employment Problem of Rural Landless Women:Based on Fujian Province's Urban and Rural Development

近年来,由于经济的飞速发展、城市规模的不断扩大,失地农民数量激增。农民特别是作为弱势群体的农村妇女在失去土地的同时也即失业。本文通过对福建省四县市的调研数据,分析了失地妇女就业的基本现状以及所存在的问题,探讨了制约失地妇女就业的因素。在此基础上,提出了促进福建省失地农村女性就业的对策建议,以期有效解决失地妇女就业问题。

Fujian Province, with the construction to the West of Taiwan-Straits-Eeonomic-Zone Province, and due to the rapid development of economy, Metro emerging, the city size is expanding fast, The number of landless women farmers is increasing. The vulnerable groups of rural women are not only losing the jobs but their farming land. Based on the survey data of four counties in Fujian Province, this paper tries to analyze the situation of the employment of landless women and the existence of the problem, explaining the tough situation of the employment of landless women. Then the paper puts forward suggestions or landless rural women employment in order to effectively meet the employment objective.
