“N公司激励性福利补贴政策遭到冷遇”一案的启示

摘要 N公司为了激励员工努力工作,开始推出了一系列的福利补贴政策,为了达到长期激励的效果,这些补贴政策是按月支付给员工的,只要在公司中工作,就可以在未来几年内享受这样的福利。公司老板正在为自己推出的新举措洋洋得意的时候,发现员工不但没有高兴起来,反而离职问题开始增加。经过调查发现,这样的福利政策没有考虑到不同员工的差异性需求,而且政策倾向于核心员工,普通员工备受冷落。N公司是一个大公司,出台政策的时候没有考虑到不同地域的情况。福利政策本来是让员工能够欢心,但结果是让员工担心了起来。N公司如果不采取果断措施,公司发展势头是令人担心的。 In order to motivate employees, N Company initiated a subsidy policy. However, contrary to the expectations of the Management, they found that the employees were unhappy and began to leave the company. They conducted a survey which found that their welfare policy failed because they did not take into account the different needs of different staff members. Besides, the policy mainly benefitted the core staff rather than the general staff. The result was that many employees started to worry rather than to rejoice. If the company does not immediately take decisive measures, its future is on stake.
