运输服务贸易自由化与制成品出口竞争力——基于行业面板数据的实证分析

The Liberalization of Trade in Transport Services and Export Competitiveness of Manufactured Goods in China

本文主要研究运输服务贸易自由化对制成品出口规模的影响。运输服务贸易自由化有助于降低贸易成本,刺激制成品出口增长。根据2000—2012年中国制造业行业的面板数据,就运输服务贸易自由化对制成品出口规模的影响进行实证分析,结果发现:运输服务贸易自由化的确可以通过降低贸易成本,促进制成品出口规模增长。加快运输服务贸易自由化是提升一国制成品出口规模的重要途径。

In this paper we explore whether the liberalization of trade in transport services is beneficial for export competitiveness of manufactured goods. Using panel data of Chinese Manufacturing, we demonstrate that the liberalization of transport services can foster export competitiveness of manufactured goods through decreasing trade cost. Therefore, it is concluded that accelerating the liberalization of trade in transport services is an important way to enhance export competitiveness of manufactured goods.
