网络具有显著的开放性、即时性和互动性,催生了大量的网络语言和虚拟社区,日益改变着人际交流方式和社会生态结构。这给党的群众工作既带来了极大便利和无限机遇,又带来了一系列挑战。网络虚拟环境下,要充分利用网络"问政于民、问需于民、问计于民",创新工作理念,创新平台建设,创新制度设计,创新干群沟通,创新社会管理。
The internet, with significant features of openness, promptness and interaetivity, has given birth to plentiful internet languages and virtual communities and is changing the ways of communication and social structure. This has brought significant conveniency, unlimited opportunity and challenges to the Mass Work of the Party. Good use should be made out of the virtual environment to innovate the working ideas, platform construction, mechanism design, communicating systems and social management.
