新修订的《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》,吸收了干部人事制度改革的新经验新成果,对干部选拔任用制度进行了改进完善,体现了中央对干部工作的新精神新要求,是规范干部选拔任用的重要法规、刚性规定和基本遵循,各地区各部门既要在"怎么看"上强化认识,又要在"怎么办"上付诸行动。

The revised Regulations of Selection and Appointment of Cadres of the Party and the Government, based on the new experience and achievement of personnel system reform, has improved and refined the mechanisms in the relevant field and indicats the new requirement of the Central Committee of the CPC. The relevant department should understand and implement such regulation.
