息烽县永红村失地农民生活保障和就业的调查

An Investigation on Living Guarantee and Employment of Land-lost Peasants in Yonghong Village Xifeng County

失地农民生活保障和就业问题是我国工业化和城镇化进程中一个影响面非常广泛的社会问题,是需要重点关注和解决的民生问题。随着工业化、城镇化的大力推进,国家渝黔铁路、枧槽沟水库建设的加快,征地规模不断扩大,贵州息烽县永靖镇永红村失地农民逐年增加,失地农民的就业保障等问题成为社会关注的焦点。文章针对永红村失地农民在就业安置、就业培训、收入及社会保障等方面存在问题进行调查研究,并提出了相应的建议和对策。

The problem concerning the living guarantee and employment of the peasants without land is a widely existing problem that needs particular attention in the process of urbanization and industrialization. Such problem exists in Yonghong Village of Xifeng Town as the enhancement of land requisition. Based on the realities in Yonghong Village, this article discusses the relevant issues regarding job replacement, career training, income and social guarantee, and then puts forward some suggestion.
