摘要
网格化服务管理模式是一种基层社会治理的创造性探索,白云区铝兴社区在推行过程中创新提出网格化星级服务概念,变管理为服务,对新型社区治理进行了积极探索。但在推行过程也存在一些问题和困难,对网格化管理宣传力度不够、应对网格化管理技能不足和社区居民的个性化服务难以满足。针对以上不足,笔者对进一步优化管理模式提出了思考,让网格化管理模式更好地服务社区,使社区居民的幸福感和满意度不断提高。
Network Service and Management Model is a creative exploration regarding social management at basic levels. The concept of Network Star Service is put forward by the Lvxing Community Baiyun District in the practice of network service and management. However, such problems exist as the lack of promotion, management skills and characteristic service. Some thinkings are made concerning such problems in order to promote the operation of this model and to improve the happiness and satisfaction of the residents in this community.
