DTPA浸提法测定土壤中有效锌的含量

DTPA Extraction of Effective Zinc Content in the Soil

以郑州市郊农田土样为研究对象,利用二乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)提取,通过原子吸收分光光度法,对土壤中有效锌进行分析及评价。结果表明,郑州市郊农田的土壤中有效锌含量不足,应适度补充锌肥。

Taking farmland soil samples Zhengzhou suburb as the research object, using diethyl triamine five acetic acid （DTPA） extract, effective zinc in the soil is analyzed and evalued by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results show that the effective zinc content is lack in the soil of Zhengzhou suburb farmland, and it is necessary to supplement a zinc fertilizer.
