论控量富硒红茶研发意义

摘要 从"硒的保健认识到聚硒的茶成为补硒佳品,陕西发展富硒茶特色且饮用补硒好"进行引述,并对目前富硒茶(产品标准的含硒量)存在的不足进行分析后,在研制开发"控量富硒(绿)茶"基础上,提出研制开发"控量富硒红茶"的必要性,对填补陕西省内及国内空白,增加市场看好具有控量富硒特点的中高档条红茶新茶品,实现科技领先,带动和促进本地茶产业发展,增加经济效益具有积极意义。 Beginning with a proof quotation of selenium in tea as a best supplements for health care and its development in Shaanxi as a special and promising industry, and then pointing out the shortcomings after further analysis of the amount of selenium for best standard today, this paper identifies the significances of the development of the quantity-controlled and se-enriched black tea on the basis of the success in developing green tea of the same kind as filling in the blank of the industry both inside Shaanxi and even throughout the whole country, expanding greater markets with middle and higher grade products, promoting the development of local tea industry, and especially bringing about more economic benefits and etc.
