摘要
食品加工技术专业是宁夏民族职业技术学院近年来根据地方经济社会发展和构建现代产业体系而设置的新专业,办好专业的基本前提是合理的构建专业课程体系。通过调研分析食品加工职业岗位(群)知识、能力、素质的要求,确定专业人才培养目标,系统地设计并有机融合专业理论、实践、素质教育三大教学体系,力求构建以基础通识能力、专业通用能力、专业特殊能力培养为核心,以典型工作任务(过程)为载体的高职食品加工技术专业课程体系。
Food processing technology and professional is build a modern industrial system and set up new specialties in Ningxia National Vocational and Technical College in recent years, according to the local economic and social development, and to do a good job in professional is the basic premise of the construction of a reasonable professional curriculum system. Food processing professional post (group) through the analysis of the research of knowledge, ability, quality requirements, determining the target of talent cultivation, system design and the organic fusion theory, practice and quality education teaching system, building in typical working process (task) as the carrier, with basic general ability, major general ability, special ability training as the core of higher vocational food processing technology and professional curriculum system.
