血红蛋白变异体对糖化血红蛋白测定方法的干扰 被引量:2

摘要 目前,大部分糖化血红蛋白的检测系统可排除常见的血红蛋白变异体杂合子的干扰,或给出警告提示信息,而一些较为罕见的血红蛋白变异体引起的干扰常被临床医生和患者忽视。因此对于血红蛋白变异体普遍存在的地区,应谨慎选择HbA1c 的检测系统,对于变异体携带者可选择合适的替代指标用于评估血糖水平。
