摘要
针对当前高校实验技术人员工作主观能动性较差的问题,分析了其中的原因,基于这些问题,从实验技术人员的心理需求入手,建议建立适应性和指向性强的激励约束机制,提高他们的主观能动性,确保实验教学质量稳步提升。
Based on the problems Of the weak subjective initiative activeness of experimental technician team in colleges and universities, and analyzed the reason. In view of the psychological need of the experimental technician team, the adaptable and pointed incentive and restraint machanism were proposed to improve the work subjective initiative activeness of experimental technician team and the experiment teaching quality.
