摘要
基于传统的深孔加工方式,分析了影响深孔加工精度的主要因素,探讨了在卧式加工中心上对航空材料进行深孔加工时,刀具跳动对孔位置度的影响,阐述了正确选择刀具和刀柄装配形式以减小孔的形位误差的方法。
Compared to the conventional process, analyzed the major factors contributing to the machining precision in deep hole drilling. It discussed the effects of tooling runout on the hole true position when peforming deep hole(L/D〉20) drilling on aeronautical material in the horizontal machining center. This paper also addressed how to choose appropriate assembly form of tools and arbors to reduce the shape and position errors of the hole.
