四川省幼儿园体育师资需求和发展策略研究

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和观察法对四川省幼儿园体育师资的配备及需求现状进行研究。发现省内幼儿园对于体育师资虽然有着较大的需求,但整体师资配备率偏低且布局严重不均衡,制约四川省幼儿园体育师资发展的主要因素为待遇、地位、压力、培训等因素。解决的策略:提高体育教师的待遇,完善幼儿保障政策,培养专门的体育教师,有针对性地解决幼儿体育的需求。

Through literature survey and observation and demand situation of Sichuan kindergarten nursery teachers with an in - depth study, all regions of the province has a large social needs of kindergarten physical education teachers, but the overall teaching staff ratio is at low level and in different regions, between urban and rural areas of the kindergartennursery teachers with a serious imbalance. Treatment of kindergarten physical education teachers, low status, lack of policies helping and the relative lack of teacher training and other factors caused the main reasons for the contradiction between supply and demand. The strategies are to increase the salary, perfect the policies, and train specialized P. E teachers.
