摘要
采用人工降温胁迫法,探讨金鱼藻对水体溶解氧的影响及对神仙鱼低温耐受的促进作用,结果表明,金鱼藻能显著(P<0.01)增加水中的溶解氧,能为神仙鱼提供一个安静的适合它生长的环境,具有明显(P<0.05)的促进神仙鱼的低温耐受作用.
In the process of cultivating fish,temperature and dissolved oxygen are the main factors for consid-eration. In this paper,the influences of ceratophyllum demersum on dissolved oxygen in water and its acceleration toward pterophyllum tolerance at low temperature were discussed by adopting artificial hypothermia were experi-mented. The results show,ceratophyllum demersum will increase remarkably dissolved oxygen in water( P ﹤0. 01),providing pterophyllum a quiet and good-for-growing condition,having an obvious effect on promoting its tolerance at low temperature( P﹤0 . 05 ).
