摘要
使用ABAQUS有限元分析软件研究热障涂层热循环过程中孤岛氧化物对涂层界面残余应力的影响。选取正弦和平面形貌作为涂层的典型界面特征。结果表明,氧化物位于波峰处对涂层界面残余应力的影响大于位于波谷处对界面的影响。孤岛氧化物距离TGO/BC界面越近,对界面残余应力影响越大。孤岛氧化物半径越小对TGO/BC界面残余应力影响越小。
The interface residual stresses in thermal barrier coatings during thermal cycling for different isolated oxides are modeled by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS.Sine and plane patterns are selected as typical interfaces feature of TBCs.It shows that the effect of oxide in the peak on the interface residual stresses is more significant compared with the oxide in the trough.With shorter distance between isolated oxide and TGO/ BC interface,the influence of the isolated oxide on the interface residual stresses gets more serious.Besides,the shorter of the isolated oxide radius,the less effect of which on the interface residual stresses.
