摘要
以苯酚和聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为改性剂,采用正交试验法探讨了最终n(甲醛)∶n(尿素)、苯酚含量以及PVA含量对脲醛树脂(UF)的游离甲醛含量和胶接强度的影响。研究结果表明:当最终n(甲醛)∶n(尿素)=1.2∶1、w(苯酚)=20%和w(PVA)=1.0%(均相对于尿素总质量而言)时,苯酚/PVA改性UF的游离甲醛含量、胶接强度等均能满足GB/T 14732—2006标准中Ⅱ类胶合板的要求,并且相应胶合板的甲醛释放量(为1.70 mg/L)远低于GB/T 9846.3—2004标准中E2级指标要求。
With phenol and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as modifiers, the influences of some factors[such as final molar ratios of n(formaldehyde) : n(urea) , phenol contents and PVA contents] on the free formaldehyde contents and bonding strengths of UF (urea-formaldehyde resin) were discussed by orthogonal experiment. The research results showed that the free formaldehyde content and bonding strength of phenol/PVA modified UF could meet requirement of H-plywood in GB/T 14732--2006 standard, and the formaldehyde emission (1.70 rag/L) of corresponding plywood was less than the E2 level index requirement in GB/T 9846.3-2004 standard when final molar ratios of n (formaldehyde) : n (urea) was 1.2: 1, mass fractions of phenol and PVA were 20% and 1.0% respectively in total urea.
