管道泄漏注脂嘴带压更换装置的开发及应用

Development and Application of Device for Replacing Pipeline Leaky Grease Fitting under High Pressure

天然气长输管道在运行过程中,天然气容易在阀门注脂嘴处泄漏,造成大的安全隐患。为了妥善解决这类问题,通过研究、设计和多次试验改进后,成功开发出一套操作简单、安全可靠、经济实用的带压在线更换泄漏注脂嘴装置。该装置主要是参照带压开孔机的工作原理,采用引流降压技术,模拟人工拆装普通螺栓的方法研制而成,可以在不停输的情况下在线更换泄漏的注脂嘴。整个装置主要由带隔离球阀的主体部分、套筒操作杆、固定索具、泄压放空管四部分构成,文章介绍了该装置的使用方法及其成功应用情况。

In operating course of long-distance natural gas pipelines, natural gas may leak from valve grease fitting and lead to big potential risk. In order to solve this kind of problem, a set of device that be used for replacing leaky grease fitting under high pressure is developed through the study, design, test and improvement, which is safe, reliable, economical and practical, and also can be operated easily. The device is designed on the basis of working principle of boring machine operating under high pressure, using drainage decompression technique and simulating the method of manually loosing and tightening ordinary bolt. It can replace leaky grease fitting without pipeline shutdown. The whole device is mainly composed of a main body with an isolation valve, a socket lever, a fixed rigging and a pressure relief vent pipe. The application method of the device and its successful field application are also described in this paper.
