Equipment Asset Management in International Project

参与国际工程施工已经逐步成为国内石油工程建设施工企业的新任务、新目标,国际工程中设备资产管理成为决定项目利润的主要因素之一。文章在介绍乍得首都恩贾梅纳炼厂项目概况的基础上,阐述了该国际工程项目设备资产的准备情况和施工设备的现场管理措施,提出了国际工程设备资产管理的解决方案。

Participating in international project construction is gradually becoming the new task and goal for domestic petroleum engineering construction enterprises, and the equipment asset management in international projects has been one of major factors determining project profits. This paper outlines Ndjamena Refinery Project in Chad, describes the equipment asset preparation and the field construction equipment management of the international project, and proposes solutions to international project equipment asset management.
