摘要
设计一种全新食品自动传送分拣机,能够准确、卫生、安全的进行食品分拣,可以进一步提高生产效率。同时利用西门子PLC对设备识别控制系统、机械分拣机构、设备运行机构和数据处理系统进行系统化设计,具有良好的推广与应用价值。
A new automatic food sorting machine was designed, which could reduce the amount of manual labor accurately and automatically, keep food healthy and safe in sorting and further improve production efficiency. Siemens PLC is applied to control the equipment identification system, mechanical sorting mechanism, operation mechanism and data processing system, which has good popularization and application value.
