摘要
苦瓜作为一种药食两用植物,含有皂苷、多糖、蛋白和黄酮等多种生物活性成分,具有良好的保健功能,其中降血糖作用是苦瓜最重要的功能之一。就苦瓜中的主要降血糖活性成分的性质、功能及作用机理展开综述,旨在促进苦瓜产品开发与相关基础研究的开展。
As a medicinal and edible plant, bitter gourd containing many varieties of natural active components, such as saponins, polysaccharides, polypeptides, flavonoids and so on, played a good role in health care, in which hypoglycemic action is one of the most important functions. Hypoglycemic activities and mechanism of main active components were reviewed for the development of products and basic research about bitter gourd.
