摘要
建立微波消解-ICP-MS法同时测定色素铝色淀中As、Pb、Ba的含量。采用微波消解系统消解色素铝色淀样品,再用美国安捷伦公司电感耦合等离子体质谱分析仪(ICP-MS7700),以72Ge、209Bi、50Sn作为内标元素控制分析信号的动态漂移,对色素铝色淀中的As、Pb、Ba进行直接测定。As、Pb、Ba的回收率在95%~100%之间;线性相关系数均大于0.999 9。同时对国家标准物质大米[GBW 10010(GSB-1)]进行分析,测得值与标准参考值相吻合。方法检出限、准确度和精密度试验的结果均满足要求。可用于测定色素铝色淀中As、Pb、Ba的含量。
