摘要
光致形变聚合物材料在光驱动型微执行器方面具有体积小、结构简单和易实现遥控等特点。介绍了光致形变聚合物的变形机理及其等效弯曲效应,并将其应用到引信安全与解除保险机构上。通过计算得出具有一定尺寸薄板的等效弯曲行为,并用ANSYS仿真其变形量。根据其变形量设计相应的安保机构,使光致形变薄板能提供足够的驱动力,保证引信安全解除保险,并通过仿真计算验证了在引信驱动器上应用的可行性。
Light induced deforming polymer materials in light type micro actuator has the ad-vantage of small volume,simple structure,easy to realize remote control,etc.Introduces the deforma-tion mechanism of the light induced deforming polymer and its equivalent bending effect,and its application to the fuze,safety and arminy mecha-nism.Calculated equivalent bending behavior of a certain size sheet,and its deformation simulation with ANSYS.According to its deformation design corresponding security organization,make light de-formation plate can provide enough driving force, to ensure the safety of fuze remove insurance,and through the simulation calculation to verify the feasibility of application in fuze drives.
