Tower Crane Monitor Using Direct Moment Measurement Method

文中探讨了塔式起重机监控仪工作原理,建立数学模型分析塔吊受力情况,提出了一种直测力矩方法测量塔吊力矩,采集塔吊小车幅度信号,并反推算出吊物质量,各测量项精度均满足要求,操作安装简单方便,运行稳定。

According to the working principle of tower crane, this paper proposed a direct moment measurement method based on the mathematical model of tower crane force situation. Using this method, the tower crane moment and the hanging weight could be calculated by collecting amplitude signals of crane trolley. The experiment resuhs show that the accuracy of crane measurement can meet the national standards and the system runs stable, easy to install and operate.
