摘要
依据小孔泄漏产生超声信号理论,结合空气动力学和静电超声传感器原理,针对超声传感器进行超声检测时必须采用接触式方式的问题,对微弱气体泄漏产生超声信号提出一种非接触式检测模式。对于压力容器气体泄漏检测超声信号提供了一种切实可行的方法。现场实验表明:该检测系统可以对压力容器微弱泄漏信号进行有效判别,为相关研究提供较系统的软硬件基础。
Based on the theory of leakage holes producing ultrasonic signal, combining the theory of aerodynamics and electro- static principle of ultrasonic sensor,and specific to the contact way must be used in the ultrasonic sensor for uhrasonic testing,a kind of non-contact detection model for weak gas leaks ultrasonic signal was put forward. A feasible method for the gas leak detec- tion pressure vessel ultrasound signal theory was provided. Field experiment shows that the system can be effectively discriminate weak leakage signal of pressure vessel, and lays a systematic software and hardware foundation for related research.
