摘要
针对热电厂输煤系统故障预警中振动信号检测的需求,设计了以ATmega128为主控芯片的振动加速度信号采集与处理系统。讨论了系统功能需求及实现方法。测试结果表明:该系统具有准确度高、稳定性好、传输数据可靠性高等优点,可满足热电厂输煤系统故障诊断中对振动信号检测的要求。
Aiming at the requirements of vibration signal detection in fault early warning system for thermal power plant, a vibration acceleration signal acquisition and processing system was designed with ATmega128 as its master chip. System functional requirements and implementation methods were discussed. The test results show that the system has the advantages of high accuracy, good stability, high reliability for data transmission, thus it can meet the requirements of the vibration signal detection in fault diagnosis for coal transmission system of thermal power plant.
